For monthly recurring episodes, you'll receive the finished file within 24 hours of submitting your recording. -

This depends on each individual situation. I know that life gets in the way of finances, and things change.
If you are simply unhappy with the edits, then I offer revisions and will redo your edit free of charge - however I cannot refund your initial payment.
If you need to cancel a monthly subscription - you can at any time. If it's mid month/mid-project than a 50% refund will be available to you. -
