Here’s where we get down to business- going from a deep dive audit through your business and setting up a strategy that you can confidently apply to your specific business needs. This could look like quarterly planning, annual planning, auditing your time, or creating a structure for your systems and team.

Online Business Manager
Here is where I roll up my sleeves, temporarily join your team, and get to work!
As an OBM, my role is to free up the business owner (aka YOU!) so that you can focus your time and energy on your magic, passion, and gifts and share them with the world!
I’ll be your teammate, accountability buddy, coach, mentor, plate cleaner, consultant, cheerleader, bottleneck remover, and the person who will audit your systems, SOPs, and structures so you are set up for success!
After completing your planning workbook, we will have a call to review everything in your business, upcoming goals, and projects and where we can lighten up your workload to free you to do what you do best!
We’ll take that time to decide precisely what your business needs; this could be building Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) library, setting up new software or operating systems, building structures for accounting, or setting up your general business plan.
What’s included:
✓ A 90-minute strategy call a few days before our intensive
✓ Four 60-minute follow-up calls (Scheduled at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and 120 days after our initial strategy)
✓ Weekly 15/30 minute check-ins
✓ A full-time team member (me!) for 3 full months!!
✓ All the resources, strategies, and tools you need to keep making magic on your own
Month One: I will dive deep into auditing your business and systems, learning everything I can about you and your business, and building a plan of action.
Month Two: is when I roll up my sleeves and spend time building foundations, creating SOPs, setting up systems, etc.
Month Three: is about implementation, training you on everything built, and general support.
